I found their products very effective and comforting, especially their Res-Q Ointment. It is a dark green, glossy cream with a distinct, but yet refreshing smell. It is great for bruises (from elbows, legs and armrests), burns (from galley oven and steamy chicken casserole), scratches (from carrier and trolley sharp edges), and bumps (from hitting onto trolleyes and seats). I always carry it in my mini personal caring satchel when I fly.
Res-Q Ointment contains comfrey and allantoin, which are known for their healing and anti-inflammatory properties, according to their website. It also contains lavandi, which prevents scarring (GREAT!). As soon as injury occurs, sanitize the injured site, pat dry and apply a thin layer of Res-Q Ointment. Of course, only for minor injury.
